*Previous child care or school-based experience is an advantage, not essential
*Previous Speech and Language Assistant / EAL Assistant experience an advantage, yet again not essential
*Caring and compassionate nature, someone who can commit for the academic school year

About the Speech and Language Assistant / EAL Assistant Role
*Working 1:1 with pupils with Speech and Language Difficulties
*Or pupils who have recently moved to London
*Small group work as part of a mainstream Primary, Years 1-6
*Providing focused intervention sessions
