As a German Teaching Assistant, you will be joining the schools highly regarded MFL Department, you will have the responsibility of advancing your basic teaching skills through listening to the advice of your Head of MFL who manages effectively using a hands-on approach. This role involves supporting the class teacher in the regular planning and preparation of lessons as well as leading small group sessions and 1:1 work outside of the classroom. The group session work you do will comprise of coordinating groups of struggling or gifted pupils, working together with the class teacher to identify potential pupils who would benefit from extra-class support.

For this German Teaching Assistant role, you must be an intelligent and enthusiastic graduate with a 2.2 degree or higher. You should be a determined graduate German Teaching Assistant who can share your love for languages with your pupils.
