Are you a HLTA looking for an exciting new challenge? Are you looking for more experience working across different schools? We can offer daily supply, short term and long term positions for HLTA''s across Northamptonshire. We have various positions from supporting students 1:1 and also leading small groups.

We are looking for someone who:
•Has recent experience working as a HLTA in either SEND, Primary or Secondary settings
•Has the ability to control and manage a classroom.
•Has great communication and lesson delivery skills.
•Can prepare and plan lessons in advance.
