Job Description
Due to the continued success of our client in Ayr, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Order Processor/ Sales Estimator to join their small and friendly team.
Essential; experience within a similar role
Desirable; windows, doors, conservatory sector experience.
Position overview
- Processing and inputting customers'' orders using bespoke window software
- Preparing quotations
- Ordering from suppliers
- Responding to customers technical enquiries promptly
- Liaising with other departments
- Reporting on order status and resolving any delivery shortages or disputes.
- Supporting our Trade and Domestic customers by phone, email or face to face
- Scheduling installations
- Supporting the team with administrative duties
Requirements
- A sound knowledge of the window industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer services skills
- Good computer skills, a good knowledge of Window Designer or equivalent
- Competent in Excel and all its functions including use of formulas
- Keen eye for detail is a must to produce consistently accurate paperwork
- Ability to recognise the priorities and manage their workload
- Confident in building a strong relationship with customers
- Good organisational skills
- Undertake other duties as may reasonably be required

Remuneration and Benefits
-Competitive salary (Dependant on experience)
-Basic working hours are Monday - Thursday 8.30-5pm and Friday 8-3.30pm
