Administrator and Receptionist -Health & Safety / Facilities

Office Angels are excited to be partnering a not for profit, highly regarded company in central Brighton and we are on the hunt for an administrator to join their team.

About your new role:

General Administrative tasks to support the H&S and compliance of the head office.

Reception and all-round administration for the team
Data and compliance tracking for contractors, first aid training, employee car parking, site issues, COSHH, building access etc.
Review and update contractor''s management system
Maintenance checks to remain compliant such as fire extinguisher checks, fire alarm tests, CO2 alarm checksAbout you:

Available immediately
Ideally from a Health and Safety administration background
Happy to be in the central Brighton office
IT literate including Microsoft packagesNext steps:
