The Operations and Patient Servies Manager will support Call Handling, Front Desk Administration, including Patient Administration, Clinical Coding, Records Management and Communication and Engagement.

Other responsibilities for this role include being prepared for inspections and audits, investigation of complaints, reviews and appraisals, training for staff, and take the lead on recruitment and staff retention.

For this role you will need to demonstrate management experience in a small sized organisation and evidence of working with senior management. Also, you will need have a strong ability to develop processes and introduce new operational procedures.

This part time role is 20 hours a week and the salary is £36,000 to £40,000. You will need to drive because our client has five surgeries in the Southampton area, all within a five mile radius of each other.
