Job Description
A highly successful and reputable Estate agency based in Woking is seeking driven, talented and experienced administrators to join there fast paced and friendly team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and phone manor and have good administration skills daily duties will include -
* Take lettings enquiries by telephone - register applicants and book viewings/appraisals
* Manage electronic data and e-mails and ensure all clients files are updated
* Write up property details, sending out letters
* general office administrative support
* Methodical, organised and reliable
* Self-motivated with excellent time-management skills
* Excellent communication skills including professional telephone manner
* Proficient with Microsoft Office packages, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word
* Referencing
Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm - no weekends.
