Great opportunity for an Administrator to join a thriving and friendly company based on the outskirts of Ipswich on a temp to perm basis. You will be joining a small team who pride themselves in outstanding customer service.
Hours: 8:30am - 5pm
Administrator Duties
* Answering incoming calls and dealing with queries
* Place purchase orders and process customer orders
* Ensure effective communication with colleagues, customers and suppliers and respond to their requests in a timely manner
* Develop and maintain a clear understanding of products and services
* General additional administration duties
Skills required for Administrator
* Good standard of education
* Experience of working in an administrative/sales/ customer service environment
* Capable of working in a team setting within in a high-pressured environment
* Professional and committed
* Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines
