Contract Support Administrator

I am currently recruiting for a Helpdesk and Contract Administrator to start work asap in a busy office environment based in Bristol. The role is a permanent position which is full time 40 hours per week. A great opportunity to start work for a National organisation.

The Package
Up to £26,000
25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
Pension Contribution

Main duties of the role;
Ensure that all reactive tasks & "other works" are issued in accordance with documented procedures
Report directly to the Helpdesk manager maintaining and updating status of reactive tasks on the CAFM and providing feedback, assisting in the preparation of reporting for compliance and the contractual monthly report as required by senior management.
Assisting with rectification of discrepancies and anomalies.
Ensuring all paperwork from contractors is received before they leave site.
To proactively liaise with the technical staff, supervisors, managers and engineers to ensure accurate, relevant and timely communication is maintained at all times.
To provide exemplary customer service to all internal and external stakeholders.

The Candidate;
Should have good communication skills and highly numerate.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to effectively prioritise workload.
Good knowledge of a CAFM System
Previous experience of operating within facilities management.
