Job Description
Job Title: Strategy and Development Officer
Overview:
Eden Brown Synergy is working in partnership with an NHS Trust in the South West who are seeking to recruit a Strategy and Development Officer to join their busy department. The post holder will support the development and implementation of the Trust''s strategy and ensure that it is implemented in a sustainable way that fully includes all members of the Trust board, the Trust''s clinicians, and divisional teams, targeted groups of staff, patients and key stakeholders
As the Strategy and Development Officer you will:
Assist in the coordination and support of the Trust''s strategy development. This will include horizon scanning, working closely with clinical divisions and back-office support functions. It will include document development and engagement as well as supporting the development of business cases as appropriate.
Support the implementation, monitoring and embedding of the Trust strategy ensuring that each division has a clear and credible five-year plan which is regularly reviewed and updated.
Help the Trust to make informed decisions about our services and our place in the system.
Experience & Qualifications Required:
Experience of writing clear, high quality content for a variety of audiences including producing and giving presentations.
Experience in managing/supporting projects
Previous experience working within the NHS
