Job Description

A that specialise in power handling solutions based in Evesham are searching for a Purchasing Administrator to join their team on a temporary 6 month contract working 08:30 - 16:30, Monday - Friday. The company themselves have been in their industry for over 40 years.

The day to day responsibilities of a Purchasing Administrator will be:

Place and process purchase orders with suppliers on an on-going basis.
Inputting data on to the company''s internal system.
Place purchase orders against production requirements when required.
Provide Administrative support to customers, suppliers and colleagues over the phone and via email.
Other general Administration duties.
There is the potential of working from home if suited to candidates but it would be essential to have at least 2 days a week in the office.
The requirements for the Purchasing Administrator will be:

Previous experience working as a Purchasing Administrator will be essential.
A professional and polite phone manner will be essential.
A high level of organisation and attention to detail would be beneficial.
Computer literate and comfortable using Microsoft programme (Word, Excel, Outlook ETC…)
Previous experience liaising with or managing customer working relationships.This role is working on a 6 month contract being paid between £20,000 - £22,000 per annum.
