As a Administrative Assistant you will need experience in supporting a business and understand the duties and responsibilities and also will need to be able to work in an ever changing environment.

* Salary - Between £18,562 - £19,698 per annum
* Hours - 37 hours per week Monday to Friday
* Area - Loddon, Norfolk.
* Full time permanent position

Responsibilities - Administrative Assistant

* To deliver a high level of customer service
* To work in conjunction with the Administrator and other members of the team
* To assist with a wide range of secretarial and clerical tasks
* To deliver the guidance and also to adhere to all company policies and guidance
* To assist with the financial processes for the company
* To act as the first point of call for visitors and also deliver effective reception services

Skills Required - Administrative Assistant

* Enthusiasm
* Previous recent experience of working in a busy office environment
* Works on own initiative
* An enthusiasm and awareness of working around challenging young people
* Knowledge and strong IT skills
* Ability to prioritise effectively and manage time to ensure deadlines are met
* 5 GCSE''s A-G including English and Maths A-C
