Customer Service Advisor
An excellent entry-level position has become available working within a fantastic team.
This position will see you offer customer support to car retailers worldwide with aftermarket parts related queries via email, calls and live chat
The role is working Mon to Fri, Monday to Friday 08:00-16:30 and 09:30-18:00 on rota basis with the flexibility to work from home 3 days per week and 2 days in the office.
This role would suit someone from a retail, hotel or hospitality background, looking to make the transition into an office environment or an experienced office-based customer service advisor. You will need a confident telephone manner, good IT skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
The role
Interrogating multiple systems to source and analyse the data making the right decision 1st time to resolve the retailer''s query
Liaising with our business partners
Logging all actions taken accurately for each contact on our CRM system and escalating where applicable
Sourcing parts from various locations worldwide to satisfy retailer orders
Tracking shipments across the globe
Managing special orders through to invoice
Releasing orders against set criteria
Managing off line processes against strict deadlines
Meeting daily targets and KPI''s
Compiling internal and client reporting
Hosting conference calls with the client
Drive customer education through training awareness, as well as the ability to share knowledge and demonstrate or train when required
Who we are looking for
Previous experience in customer service either in an office or customer facing role
A track record of building solid customer and client relationships
Good communication skills both written and verbal to communicate effectively with customers, internal and external stakeholders
Computer literate (e.g. Word, Outlook, Excel) and able to pick up new concepts
Logical, well organised, practical and have the ability to multi task
Confident and eager to take responsibility for own training and development
