Job Description

Job Title: Administrator (3 month FTC)

Location: Egham

Salary: £23,735/£12.17 per hour

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our client in Egham on a 3 month fixed term contract. You must be able to commit to the 3 month period. Supporting the PA to the MD, you will be responsible for supporting with the day to day running of departments within the companies Head Office.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Providing admin support to the PA
Raising PO''s for utilities, sales, marketing, corporate, finance and other departments, dealing with invoice queries, raising new vendor accounts, arranging urgent payments
Switchboard calls and maintaining reception emails
Maintaining and ordering stationery and other office supplies required by departments
Supporting the PA with facilities
Supporting employees with company car queries, ordering new cars, or car hire if needed, six monthly mileage reviews, driving licence checks, servicing, and MOT
Preparing visa''s when required
Supporting employees with company car accidents, claims etc.
Supporting events, arranging venues, meals, taxis, flights from start to finish
Maintain records for overseas visitors, immigration records, telephone lists and signing in lists
Process security passes for new starters/leavers. Maintain records and carry out audits
Assist HR with recording staff gym allowances, carry out yearly audits
Schedule and change meetings
Provide cover for administrative colleagues during periods of annual leave/sickness
Deal with incoming emails, postWhat we''re looking for:

Proven and effective administrative skills
Experience of working in a similar role to a senior executive, head or equivalent
Proven experience in supporting a busy office with the ability to prioritise work, manage time effectively and cope with changing priorities and multiple demands
Experience of handling and effectively managing sensitive and confidential correspondence
Proven ability to work as part of a team
Excellent knowledge of MS Office including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
