School Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a School Administrator on behalf of one of our client primary schools based in St. Helens. The role is to commence immediately, running for 4-8 weeks, potentially up to Christmas. The successful candidate will be paid up to £10 an hour, office hours 8:30am-4pm.

As an Administrator, you will undertake a general admin role, meeting and greeting visitors, handling phone calls and dealing with parents and external agencies. SIMS experience is necessary and Parent Pay experience will be advantageous.

We are looking for:

School administration experience.
Experience of using SIMS (ESSENTIAL).
Excellent organisation and time management skills.
Extensive IT experience.
A valid DBS check on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
