Are you an experienced Administrator that is looking for a new challenge and willing to learn new skills ?
We currently have an opportunity for a Purchasing Administrator to join a growing organisation based just outside of Market Harborough. Reporting into the Purchasing and Logistics Department you will be an integral part of large infrastructure projects.
Main Duties of the role will include -
Giving day to day administrative support such as answering the phone and booking meeting rooms
Creating and raising product codes and raising purchase orders
Sending out enquiries for materials
Chasing sales order acknowledgements
Act as a single point of contact for query resolutionThe ideal candidate will have previous experience of administration (preferably within purchasing), have good analytic skills working with multiple vendors, to determine the best deal available.
Have basic Maths skills (preferably to GCSE Grade C or equivalent.) Have good IT skills particularly Microsoft Excel and the ability to work under pressure and to deliver to time lines
