Job Description
Jark Stevenage are currently looking to recruit an experienced Customer Services Administrator for our client based in Stevenage, who are a leading fulfilment company.
Administrator Role
•Data Entry and set up of products SKUs
•Order Processing
•Customer Returns
•Stock Control
•Customer queries
•Liaising with warehouse on customer deliveries
•Organising shipment for customers
•Data reporting & Analysis
•Upkeep of social media platforms
•Picking and packing ( during busy periods if required)
The Ideal candidate would need to be hardworking, reliable and trustworthy.
•Some experience within customer service
•Good Communications skills
•Good understanding of date entry/ computer literacy
•Ability to work to deadlines
•English and Maths (GCSE)
Working Hours - Monday to Friday - 08.30am - 17.00pm ( hours may vary)
1 hour - unpaid lunch/break
Overtime may also be required from time to time if needed
20 Days Holiday
£22 - £23k Per Annum
