They are looking for a candidate who:

Has a proven ability of working with children with SEMH
Is enthusiastic, reliable and flexible
Can work well independently and as a team member
Wants to make a real difference to children''s'' learning and inclusion
Has experience working with children with challenging behaviour and implementing various behaviour strategiesThe school will offer:
