Job Description
Robert Walters are pleased to be working with a leading manufacturing organisation based in Woking, who are looking for a Logistics Administrator on a permanent basis. The primary focus of this role will be monitoring stock, arranging deliveries, processing claims with suppliers, maintaining detailed excel spreadsheets and assisting with invoicing across the business.
Key responsibilities:
Chasing and arranging deliveries of materials and haulage
Reconciliation support and Stock Checks
Invoicing Support
Ensure products are delivered promptly to customer warehouses within contractual deadlines.
Regular contact with customers to ensure delivery is confirmed and the process runs smoothly.
Key point of contact to help resolve any delivery issues.
Experience required:
Strong Excel skills are vital, knowledge of SAP would be advantageous but isn''t necessary as there will be training provided on SAP.
Previous experience within a logistics administration or stock monitoring position.
Excellent communication skills are essential, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service both on the telephone and face-to-face.
Positive and confident approach to work, with a self-starting attitude
