The Role- Sports Behaviour Mentor

As a sports Behaviour Mentor you''ll be working with students with various behaviour needs that need support on a 1:1 basis or in small groups. You will have a passion for sports and the ability to use this to work with students and coach them during their academic careers. The successful sports Behaviour Mentor will be working with students between the ages of 14-17 and the main aim is to incorporate students back into mainstream schools. You will need to be able to build a strong rapport with the students, be approachable and patient.

The School- Pupil Referral Unit

Based in Hillingdon this PRU currently cater for 108 students aged between 11-18. This PRU are known for their high success rate in getting students incorporated back into a mainstream setting. Rated ''Good'' by Ofsted, this school aim to always have every pupil''s voice heard in order to gain the best outcome.
