Sales Support Administrator

A successful client based in Woking are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team. The purpose of this role is to support the companies trading division and you will be responsible for creating purchase and sales orders. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who is looking to join a very busy team.
The Sales Administrator will:
Maintain reports daily
Establish letters of credit and developing a sound overview of the business
Deal with orders to invoicing
Process purchase orders and sales orders on SAP
Be responsible for word documents
Maintain shipping reports daily
Support the line manager on a daily basis
Provide ongoing support to the team and office
To be considered the Sales Administrator will:
Have previous experience with processing purchase and sales orders
Maintain great communication skills both written and verbal
Be computer literate and be comfortable using Microsoft Office
Have previous experience within an administrative position
Experience of using SAP would be ideal
