Clinical Administrator; social care

Your new company
You will be joining an established organisation which places the service user at the heart of everything they do. This organisation is focused on supporting vulnerable people in the community. This organisation primarily supports service users are whose lives have been held back by a range of social deprivation

Your new role

Take the lead role for the generation of prescriptions for the service and work closely with clinical team to ensure that prescriptions are produced in a timely and efficient manner.
To take a lead role in ensuring adequate supplies of controlled stationary are always available, and that all controlled stationary is received, stored and issued securely in line with legislation and the clients policy.
Work closely with the Management Team to ensure that the administration, IT and telecommunication systems operate in an effective and efficient manner.
Develop and nurture sound relationships with both the client Business Support and external office and equipment suppliers.
Act as a point of contact and co-ordinate all tradesmen attending to building management and maintenance issues
What you''ll need to succeed

Knowledge and experience of general office procedure and administrative duties.
Experience of working as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
IT literacy including proficiency in data collection systems (eg. DIRDET)
Expertise in working with WORD, EXCEL, and ACCESS IT packages.
Experience of maintaining data bases and other data management systems.
Experience of developing data processes and systems.
