We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Customer Administrator to join our team working remotely on a full-time, permanent basis. In return, you will receive a highly competitive salary of £23,000 - £25,000 per annum depending on experience, plus benefits.

About the Regional Customer Administrator role:
Typically, this role will be focused on the administration and management of school accounts and designated small local authority accounts, coordinating the sales process from receipt of lead supporting and managing the final stages of the sales process.
It is expected that the post holder will work and communicate directly with clients throughout the sales process answering questions about our provision as they arise, and they will be directly responsible for the management of all student enrolments/removals/replacements. As such it is a pro-active role that should be focused on ensuring that our clients receive best value from their commissioned provision to maximize client retention and renewals and associated revenues.
Key responsibilities of our Regional Customer Administrator:
Be part of a team to support A21 and Interhigh client/students
Work closely with our clients and be able to build strong relationships
Update and maintain all student and client records
Work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure client requirements are captured and implemented
Be confident in working to build small accounts and school renewals with our clients
Be confident in managing the administration of all assigned sale opportunities in company CRM
Be involved with the pricing for all opportunities in line with the standard company pricing methodology
What we are looking for in our Regional Customer Administrator:
Excellent IT skills
Excellent written and communication skills
Ability to work well in teams and individually
Capability to work effectively in dynamic and changing environments
Experience of previous administration roles would be an advantage
Knowledge of the education sector would be an advantage
Proven experience in a customer support role
Ability to build effective client relationships
A flexible, highly energetic approach and the ability to thrive in a business with a fast changing, collaborative, delivery culture
Considerable interpersonal communication skills with the ability to form good relationships
The ability to work independently where necessary but in a collaborative team environment where appropriate
