Job Description

Stagecoach London are currently hiring from an experienced administrative professional to play a leading role in the day-to-day workstream management of Catford Bus Garage. The remit will primarily support the Garage Operations Manager and senior team at Catford to deliver an exceptional service on behalf of the business - we are a big business, too! Within excess of 3,500 employees, a £230m turnover and part of the FTSE250, Stagecoach family!

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Monitor, issue and maintain records of uniforms, staff equipment, lost property and staff passes for colleagues and staff members alike.

* Management of staff records and Occupational Health arrangements and review appointments with the company''s medical provider in accordance with our medicals policy.

* Conduct audits on driving licences and Driver Qualification Cards and ensure electronic licence check mandates are completed and up to date.

* To compile accurate statistical reports using the company IT systems including daily recording and administration of mileage and accidents forms/assaults.

* Coordinate customer/public enquiries and complaints, QSI data, AA driving reports and police and revenue reports.

* Arrange and act as secretary to meetings e.g. Disciplinary Enquiries, Long Term Sickness Interviews, Health and Safety and JCC meetings and produce minutes as required.

* To answer the telephone, maintain garage filing systems, produce stationery orders and undertake photocopying as needed.

* To draft letters/memos on behalf of the Garage Operations Manager. To maintain all garage systems in readiness for TfL/Group audits.

Skills & Experience:

* A knowledge of computer systems and general administrative practices at an operational capacity, previous administrative experience is essential

* Exceptional communication, self-motivation and attention to detail/accuracy/quality

* An interest in operations is desirable
