This Local Authority, based in the beautiful Norfolk countryside, is offering the ideal candidate some invaluable experience to add to their CV! If you''re looking to progress in your career, this is the perfect opportunity to get some invaluable senior level experience under your belt.

What does the role involve, you ask? You''ll be overseeing the recruitment campaigns, dealing with change management, policy maintenance, job evaluation and employee relations (redundancy, casework, disciplinaries and grievances).

The ideal candidate would already have experience in dealing with complex ER cases, and have impeccable employment law knowledge. Previous experience in the public sector would also be preferable, though this is not essential.

This full-time temporary position, starting 6 months, also offers agile working arrangements, allowing you to work from home for part of your working week.
