JOB ROLE: Receptionist (Medical)

SALARY: £12-£13 Per hour

LOCATION: London

The West End branch of Office Angels are recruiting for a Temporary Receptionist for a Private medical clinic based in the West End of London. This is an outstanding opportunity to be a part of a professional team who requires an experienced Receptionist to provide 5* customer service and strong admin.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:

Providing first class reception cover; Greeting clients, managing reception email, answering the phone (being first point of contact), taking messages and handing them across to the correct departments etc.
Maintaining officer supplies - ordering stationary/refreshments etc
Organising calendars / bookings
Facilities - dealing with cleaners, contractors, suppliers.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

Previous Reception experience working within a medical industry
A strong desire to learn and constantly improve
Proactive with excellent organisational/communication skills
Good IT skills
Extremely well presented
