Procurement & Asset Administrator Role
Based in Watford
Salary is £25,000
Robert Walters are recruiting for an exciting newly created Procurement and Asset Administrator position based in Watford working within the Media Industry. This Administrator role is based in Watford and will be mainly office based.
Responsibilities for the Procurement and Asset Administrator
Raising Purchase orders for new assets
Liaising with suppliers to ensure purchase orders are on schedule
Communicating with business holders to advise updates to purchase order delivery status
Update procurement system to ensure delivery times are accurate
Sourcing x-hire equipment for projects
Raising x-hire purchase orders
Work with Procurement and Assets co-ordinators to ensure x-hire equipment is returned on time
Ensure all purchase orders are recorded against correct budgets
Profile
Previous administration support experience - ideally within procurement
Strong Communicator
Highly organised
Strong ability to prioritise
Well-developed interpersonal and relationship building skills
