Job Description

I have a fantastic opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join an exciting business based in Northamptonshire.

We are looking for someone who is experienced in the world of Human Resources, you will need to be well organised with your administration and documentation and can work efficiently. Must have a positive can do attitude, driving force to bind the team together and help develop the team as a unit.

Key Responsibilities but not all:

Assist with Recruitment and induction on new starters.

Drawing up all contracts for new starters.

Oversee all Legal HR issues, right to work etc.

Liaison between employees.

Design and implement and champion diversity and inclusion strategy

Analyse and interpret HR people data

Assistant senior management

Develop internal employee

Skills & Education:

CIPD Qualified.

5 years + in a similar role.

Proven track record of good people management and communication skills.

Dynamic, energetic and motivational.

Self sufficient, organised and detailed orientated.

Professional manner.

Very good written and oral skills.

Strong Excel skills.
