PA to Directors
Hybrid role working between home and our Bedford head office
Full Time (37 hours per week)
Permanent
Circa £27,000 plus excellent benefits
We are looking for a pro-active, dynamic PA to support two Executive Directors. You should be passionate about providing excellent customer service, highly motivated and able to work on your own initiative. If you''re professional, enthusiastic, responsible and looking for a challenging role then we''d love to hear from you.
This role will support our Director of Customers & Services and Director of Assets & Compliance. The role is busy yet rewarding and supports two key Directorates within the organisation.
What you will be doing:
*
provide general administrative support including managing diaries and inboxes
*
manage committee meetings by organising agendas, taking minutes and producing action logs
*
support the wider teams in planning their monthly reporting and approval processes
*
maintain efficient computer filing systems
*
support your Directors in running large business projects
We''d love to meet someone with:

excellent organisational skills
*
the ability to work to strict deadlines
*
excellent knowledge of MS Office
*
previous experience of support at Director level
*
experience of taking minutes at Board and Committee level
*
excellent communication skills
*
good proofreading ability and attention to detail
