Job Description
Travel Administrator - Hersham - 6 Months +
We are currently looking for an Admin Assistant to support 2 Departmental Managers and their teams. The successful candidate will have experience in booking international travel and processing visas.
Duties would include, but are not limited to:
Assistance with diary management for the 2 Departmental Managers
Arranging Departmental meetings
Managing travel requirements including flights, accommodation, transfers, processing of visa applications in a timely manner to support travel schedules and in accordance with corporate travel guidelines.
Arranging and coordinating customer visits to our Headquarters to include, meeting arrangements, conference room bookings, catering, dinner, taxi transfers
Managing and maintaining the office Safety Process - maintaining safety records, conducting safety audits
Maintaining meeting room bookings
Ordering office supplies / IT Equipment
Assistance with onboarding new starters for the Teams
Completion of expenses for the 2 Departmental Managers
Undertaking ad hoc clerical tasks for the Teams
Experience and Skills:
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organisation
Be able to work with limited supervision and be proactive
Be familiar will all aspects of office administration and organisation
The ideal candidate must have experience with booking international travel and visas
We are looking for a good degree of competence across a range of IT applications :
Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP Platforms (Concur : expenses and travel, time reporting, Pcard reconciliation, Eforms), SharePoint
