PRG are working in partnership with a leading Hertfordshire based Electrical Engineering Contractor looking to appoint a talented Scheduling Administrator to be permanently based from their Head Office in Hemel Hempstead.

The company has been trading for over 15 years and has built an enviable reputation nationwide for their Electrical, Fire and Lighting Services provided mostly toward the Commercial, Industrial and Domestic customers.
The company are looking to appoint an experienced Scheduling Administrator full time. Responsibilities will include and not limit too:
* Diarising/Scheduling Electricians, Engineers and Service Technicians
* Managing the diaries of all service technicians throughout the day
* Excellent customer service skills
* Highly organised and fluency of diary management systems
* Work well under pressure
* Computer literate on all Microsoft packages
* Support the Engineering team in scheduling client requests, call outs and scheduling appointments
* Preparing quotations
* Handling calls
* A keen eye for detail, teamed with the ability to spot any inaccuracies or duplications and provide resolutions
* Organised and commercially minded
