Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative support to the procurement, commissioning and grants teams.
Support the Short Breaks Activities Grants Programme by processing the applications (including the Gateway Card applications), monitoring providers and returns.
Maintain management information and data sources as appropriate. Update databases and appropriate spreadsheets.
Manage submission and collation of monitoring data on a variety of contracts.
Complete payments process by raising purchase orders, maintaining various payments logs and requests and setting up SAP vendors.
Arrange and attend provider forums as necessary.
Process grants applications and arrange all documents required for record.
Arrange and attend grant panels. Record and inform providers of outcomes.
Create and send grant letters to providers. Follow-up meetings with providers as required.
Publish grant rounds on to the Web.
Issue contractual documentation.
Assist with creation and processing Individual Placement Agreements and Joint Funding Agreements. Raise invoices.
Maintain the teams SharePoint sitesThe team are looking for someone who would shape the role and really make it their own. The post offers a broad range of responsibilities which keep the role interesting, enable continued development and has proven opportunities for progression.
