Customer Order Assistant

A well established dairy wholesaler based in Feltham is looking for an Customer Order Assistant. You will be responsible for taking sales orders from customers over the phone and by e-mail in a professional and helpful manner. Looking for an energetic, personable candidate who is keen to learn new skills and develop within the role.

Core Key Responsibilities:

Provision of quotes to clients.
Fulfilling orders in a professional and helpful manner
Ensuring that each order is filled correctly with the correct resources
Ensuring client account is properly and correctly set up on the database
As the first point of contact on the phone - pass on calls or take messages as appropriate
Taking in bound calls from customers. Experience needed:

Customer service and order processing
Able to work in a fast paced order entry and phone based environment
Good command of both written and spoken English
Confident over the phone when dealing with difficult customers
