Reception and Office Services Assistant
Full Time - 40 Hours
100% Office Based - Guildford
We have an exciting opportunity to join a well established, professional services firm in a Front of House position where you will be the first point of contact for visitors on site and clients over the phone.
This role is a varied position, and you will be tasked with covering the reception and switchboard functions on site whilst also providing general administration support to the wider business.
Day to day duties will include:
Answering the phones and taking detailed messages
Meeting and greeting visitors on site and keeping the reception area tidy and presentable
Booking meeting rooms and updating the hot desk diary
Assisting with the meeting set up and arranging catering if required
Updating internal emails and documents, ensuring records are updated
Sorting, scanning and distributing incoming and outgoing post (Royal Mail, DX, couriers) and arranging couriers
Stationary orders and assisting with building and H&S checks
Providing ad hoc admin support across the wider business
The ideal candidate with have previous reception or customer service experience and an excellent telephone manner with effective communication skills. You will be competent in using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook and have the ability and willingness to travel to all the company''s offices when support is needed.
