Summary of the Role

Reporting to the Team Manager, you will help co-ordinate and provide guidance to a team of Employment Advisers. You will support and mentor your team, sharing knowledge and expertise to enable all employment services to meet their combined goals.
The role does not involve performance management or line management.
The project itself is self-funded and does not focus heavily on targets.

About You

We are keen to hear from people with strong experience within the employability or welfare-to-work sector.
You will ideally have some leadership experience, even if this was fairly informal.
You will need to have excellent communication and relationship building skills, as well as the ability to coach and mentor colleagues.
Ideally you will have experience of working with people with disabilities and a good understanding of how to help them achieve positive employment outcomes.

The role will be hybrid, involving both home-based work and office-based in East London. There may also be some local travel to meet with colleagues and participants
