Biology Teacher Required

Secondary School Teacher required - sunderland - £120 - £180 per day

Are you a qualified Science Teacher who has Biology as a specialism. Do you have a passion to encourage progression in your pupils?

This is an exciting opportunity to teach Science (mostly Biology) in a good school based in the Sunderland area. It is a larger than average school which also holds a sixth form. This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Science/Biology Teacher or an NQT Teacher who is starting out on their teaching career

We are looking for an exceptional Science/Biology Teacher who has the ability to teach both Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students

This rewarding role is to start January 2022

Responsibilities and duties:

- You will be required to plan and deliver outstanding lessons that are engaging and challenging for students of all abilities.

- You will at all times implement school policies and procedures and manage the classroom and behaviour.

Science/Biology Teachers of all levels and experience will be considered for this role, including NQTs.

To be considered for the Science/Biology Teacher role you should have:

Recognised teaching qualification PGCE or equivalent (QTS).
The ability to quickly build positive relationships with both staff and students.
Strong subject knowledge of the Mathematics Curriculum.
