Canon UK are creating an exciting new team that will be responsible for supporting the Sales teams with the creation of opportunities, proposals and contracts. You will ensure that only complete and clean orders are passed to Business Operations which will involve checking, adding additional information where necessary and training/advising the Account Managers.

This role could provide career progression into Sales or other functions within Canon UK.

The Sales Administrator will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, contracts, orders and deliveries in addition to providing administrative support to DS Sales.

What we ask

Responsible for owning the end to end Sales Clean Order Process
Work alongside the Sales teams to ensure customer information and documentation is finalised and right first time in line with required approvals
Assist in creation of orders to meet customer needs including complex billing, leasing or logistics requirements
Provide support to Account Managers with any offline complex pricing calculations and assist with difficult transactions by entering the data independently into CPQ
Act in the capacity of Subject Matter Expert, both of procedures and systems utilised by teams within your sphere. Act as a conduit between Sales and other business areas as required to complete a clean order
Respond to and resolve enquiries or requests that are escalated from the Business Operations Team, External Customer or via internal stakeholders, ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained. Review each for process and performance improvements

Further Information

Salary - up to £29,930 (depending on experience) + 5% Bonus

Location - roles available in Stockley Park and London
