Our client is a Student Accommodation who was established to exclusively manage a UK Student Accommodation property portfolio on behalf of private clients. The client is a growing PBSA provider covering all aspects of lettings and property management.

Role Overview

The role of The Property Assistant Manager is a new post within the business following expansion of the brand. This role will focus on successfully selling our new acquisition in Leeds. You will provide a welcoming, visible and effective front of house service at all times and focus on driving occupancy and delivering an exceptional level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Resident Experience to drive occupancy levels, using effective sales methods, striving to meet and exceed agreed performance targets
Being an expert on location and your portfolio, continually explore new ways to deliver business opportunities
Conduct property viewings, continually promoting our brand and product, effectively closing on sales leads
Be present on site daily to enable frequent touch point with residents and maintain effective communication channels
Connect with residents (prospect and existing) to ensure a smooth process in sales completion, onboarding and resident support, without residents losing their connection to you
Support the Head of Operations with company-wide projects and objectives, providing cover where needed
We are looking for someone who has a Residential letting and/or Property assistant manager background. You must be passionate about customer service and ready for a new challenge.
