My client is a well-established Automotive company with 104 global locations who are looking for a HR Supervisor to join their team.

The duties of the HR Supervisor will involve:

- You will be responsible for overseeing the integrity of the payroll, ensuring that all year end procedures are completed on time.
- The HR Supervisor will be maintaining HR policies and procedures.
- Taking responsibility for organising the recruitment processes.
- Dealing with new starter packs and inducting new starters.
- You will be co-ordinating Health & Safety, first aid provisions, organising medical screening and doctor referrals.
- Dealing with all of the administration for pension schemes, sick pay schemes, BUPA, BHSF schemes and others.
- Maintaining the H&S database, including accidents and risk assessments.
- Responsible for dealing with grievances, disciplinary meetings and general employee problems.
