Our client is an award-winning consultancy who support clients on an advisory basis globally. They are experts in their field, delivering and sustaining incredible value to international organisations. Covering cross industries, Private Equity organisations and public bodies. They have 500 + employees based in the UK, Europe, America and Middle East.

This is an exciting time to join the business as their vision includes exciting growth plans over the next 18 months.

The recruitment function provides a critical service to the business by identifying, engaging, selecting and on-boarding high-calibre consultants, for both a permanent and contract basis.

To apply for this Recruitment Administrator role you may have gained some recruitment experience or are interested in gaining exposure and experience. You will work alongside a great team of Consultants/Recruitment Manager. This is a temporary role initially and you will be supporting the recruitment administration for one of their key clients and there after have the possibility to permanently join the recruitment team.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Interview scheduling

* Candidate management

* Feedback collection

* Marketing mapping using Linkedin recruiter

* Preparation of weekly reporting

* Using a recruitment tracking system

You ideally will possess the following:

* Well rounded education. A Bachelor''s degree would be an advantage

* Be a strong communicator with the ability to build solid professional relationships with internal stake holders, as well as with candidates

* Be organised, with very strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately and independently

* Demonstrate a proactive approach and able to work on own initiative

* IT literate with a proficiency with MS Office and any experience using Linkedin/job boards would be helpful, but not essential.
