Recruitment Advisor - c£50,000 + bonus

Our client is an award-winning consultancy who support clients on an advisory basis globally. They are experts in their field, delivering and sustaining incredible value to international organisations. Covering cross industries, Private Equity organisations and public bodies. They have 500 + employees based in the UK, Europe, America and Middle East.

This is an exciting time to join the business as their vision includes exciting growth plans over the next 18 months.

The recruitment function provides a critical service to the business by identifying, engaging, selecting and on-boarding high-calibre consultants, for both a permanent and contract basis.

To apply for this role you will have gained a strong recruitment background working within an in-house or agency role being responsible for running and owning the end-to-end recruitment process. From sourcing strategies, selection and on-boarding, and ongoing talent management.

You ideally will possess the following:

* Well rounded education. A Bachelor''s degree is highly desirable

* Management of the whole recruitment process to on-boarding

* Previous experience with direct recruitment (including managing the process for head-hunted candidates)

* Experience of Linkedin and other databases to attract key talent

* Be a strong communicator with the ability to build solid professional relationships with internal stake holders, as well as with candidates

* Be organised, with very strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately and independently

* Demonstrate a proactive approach and able to work on own initiative
