Technical Manager

Technical Manager, Essex/Hertfordshire*
Our client, a national residential developer famed for their large regeneration schemes, is seeking an experienced Technical Manager. Recognised for their five-star HBF standards and unique style, they are looking for a dedicated individual to join their team working on London regeneration projects, working under an STM to achieve their goal of building a better community.
The main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Assisting departmental decisions
Shaping the technical team throughout the progression of the project
Liaising with appropriate authorities
Ensuring drawings are produced to enable a site to be developed
Checking detailed construction drawings
Identifying and resolving any technical and construction issues that may arise
Delivering technical design approvals for the projects
Working within established budgets
Preparing and presenting the design program at progress meetings
Carrying out site inspections
Ideal candidates for this role will have previous experience within a similar technical or design manager role and will be degree educated or possess a HNC or equivalent. This company promotes agile working so the role will involve a mixture of working on-site/office and working from home.

Salary is competitive up to £67k-£77k plus package.
