Recruitment Coordinator - £27-35,000

Our client is an award-winning consultancy who support clients on an advisory basis globally. They are experts in their field, delivering and sustaining incredible value to international organisations. Covering cross industries, Private Equity organisations and public bodies. They have 500 + employees based in the UK, Europe, America and Middle East.

The recruitment function provides a critical service to the business by identifying, engaging, selecting and on-boarding high-calibre consultants, for both a permanent and contract basis.

To apply for this Recruitment Coordinator role you may have gained some experience working within in-house recruitment or a recruitment agency. The role is responsible for owning and running the end-to-end recruitment process.

Duties include:

* Implementing sourcing strategies with a focus on quality and integrity

* Selection and on-boarding process

* Ongoing talent management within networks (Extension/Off-boarding/Engagement)

* Working on strategic projects

You ideally will possess the following:

* Well rounded education. A Bachelor''s degree is highly desirable

* Prior experience within a recruitment role

* Previous experience with direct recruitment (including managing the process)

* Experience of Linkedin and other databases to attract key talent

* Be a strong communicator with the ability to build solid professional relationships with internal stake holders, as well as with candidates

* Be organised, with very strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately and independently

* Demonstrate a proactive approach and able to work on own initiative
