HR Business Partner
£35-45k
Progression to HR Manager role

We are searching for a HR Business Partner for our client to work in an exciting global manufacturing organisation.
The role involves:
* Work closely with the business to deliver HR solutions to support business performance and objectives.
* Work closely with assigned business areas to provide expertise in organisational restructures, employee relation cases
* Work closely with assigned business areas to identify upcoming risks and opportunities.
* Implement and lead on HR Projects from start to end and link in with other departments across the business, liaising with the Head of HR. Scope of projects can include mobilisation, demobilisation, relocations, changes to T&Cs, redundancy, TUPE, etc.
* Managing employee relation cases.
* Scope of cases will include Disciplinary, Grievance, Employment Tribunals, absence management, AWOL, company initiatives, annual events including salary review and PDR support, etc.
* Support the Head of HR in delivering to businesses strategic objectives.
* Proactive and collaborative working with all areas of the wider HR functions.
* Deliver training, coaching and upskilling line managers.
* Interpret and develop HR policies, procedures and processes.
* Work with the Head of HR in identifying areas of continuous improvement.
Essential skills required:
* CIPD level 3 OR 5 qualification
* Minimum of 3 years'' experience in dealing with generalist HR matters.
* Extensive experience of Disciplinaries, grievance, redundancy and TUPE.
* Excellent Employee Relations knowledge gained in an operational environment.
* Excellent understanding of Employment Law.
* Ability to operate self-sufficiently and manage own business area,
* Confident, self-motivated and excellent influencing skills.
* Full driving licence and access to a vehicle, due to having to travel to other sites
