An incredibly interesting HealthTech business with a strong and important social mission have a brand new vacancy for a Head of Sales to join the team as they enter a new phase of expansion. The business build AI-driven Automation technology that automates work for psychologists and provides patients with a completely different and more streamlined end-to-end experience for the treatment of mental health illnesses.

As Head of Sales, you will be the most senior commercial figure in the business and will be responsible for driving commercial growth and revenue generation as well as building, leading and mentoring a team of exceptional sales professionals.

Experience selling to the NHS will be essential, as will some degree of knowledge in the NHS procurement cycle.

Key skills:

5+ years experience in Tech Sales, ideally experience leading teams of Sales professionals
Experience selling into the NHS, ideally mental health departments
Knowledge of the NHS procurement cycle
