Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 basic salary with £72,500 OTE including Veolia benefits (car/car allowance, bonus & generous pension contribution)

Hours: 40 hours per week

What will you be doing?

Partnering with the Business Line Managing Director(s) and the leadership team in respect of business matters that require HR solutions, ensuring full understanding of the issue, insights and provision of medium and long term strategic support.
Acting as a coach and trusted advisor to the Managing Director, providing professional challenge and guidance on people related matters.
Leading and managing the HR Relationship Manager(s) for the business line(s).
Custodian of the Company HR Strategy. Accountable for creating and delivering the people strategy for dedicated business lines.
Driving the full talent mapping and succession planning reviews, ensuring that robust plans are in place for developing and mobilising talent across the company..
Driving and delivering workforce planning activities based on Veolia''s future vision.
To lead the annual pay and bonus cycle for the area, the objective and PDP setting process, to ensure all outputs are appropriately managed.
Work collaboratively with the Organisational Development, HR Strategy and ER team to deliver the right people solutions for the business.

What are we looking for?

Excellent Leadership skills with experience of operating as a trusted advisor to board level executives.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategy into action.
Experience of workforce planning within a large matrix organisation.
Demonstrable experience in improving employee engagement and creating a high performing culture.
Ability to mobilise a team to deliver multiple strategic and high profile initiatives.
Demonstrate a proactive and forward-thinking attitude with the ability to spot future challenges and take appropriate action.
CIPD qualified.
An individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide industry-leading customer service to all internal and external customers.
