Job Description

MAJOR HOSPITALITY/RETAIL BRAND SEEKS SENIOR HR MANAGER FOR MULTI-FACETED ROLE THAT WILL BE HEAD OFFICE/HOME BASED. EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN THE TEAM IN AN EXTREMELY SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS.

Our Client is one of the best known brands in the Hospitality/ Leisure field in Europe.
With the end of lockdown they are moving forward with ambitious plans to move their business forward.

Based in their smart Head Office in West London, they are now looking for an experienced HR Manager/HRBP for a role that will look be looking after Head Office personnel.
You must be a commercially aware HRBP, with strong generalist experience,who is also able to apply themselves to projects.

Key Accountabilities

Business partner for key senior Group Head office Line Managers
Drive HR Operational Excellence through high quality HR Administration, processes and procedures
Lead and drive HR Projects
Manage Group wide Annual Pay review and Incentive Plan payment process
Create and Implement Company Policies
Monitor HR Spend against Budget
Management information and reporting
Manage Corporate Employee Benefits and Insurance Policies
The Person

Knowledge & Experience

Essential Experience:
*Has worked in a head-office corporate environment, within a lean, fast moving and busy HR function
*With strong generalist HR operational knowledge, proven experience in a senior HR Manager/Business Partner role supporting senior line managers based in a Corporate Head office,.
*Able to confidently deliver training sessions and presentations, whilst also managing/conducting recruitment processes and interviews up to middle management level.
*Proven experience of managing day to day and complex situations relating to Employee Relations (e.g Disciplinary, Grievances, Dismissals, Performance Management, Capability, Absence Management,
*Proven ability to consistently deliver within a fast moving and highly pressurised environment.
*Clear understanding of how HR can deliver business value, with track record of delivering practical and commercial HR solutions
*Proven experience in successfully managing and implementing change related projects and initiatives.
*Proven ability to manage a high volume of workload with changing deadlines
*Proven ability to produce data from a variety of sources to create management reports and models using advanced Excel, analyse data/trends to inform decision making.
*Able to demonstrate previous success in developing/improving HR processes and procedures that drive quality and efficiencies
*Experience of Managing benefits and liaising with external 3rd party benefit providers to resolve issues
*Able to demonstrate multiple examples of driving high quality HR basics and administration.

Desirable:
*Experience gained within a multi site Retail, Leisure or hospitality business
*Having worked in a role that is exposed to different European countries and has dealt with international HR teams.
