I have a fantastic position available for a BOHS P402/RSPH3 qualified Asbestos Surveyor to join a leading UKAS accredited environmental consultancy. With over 15 years trading experience, they have proudly developed a well-respected name for themselves within the industry and boast an impressive portfolio of clients that include those in the construction, government/local authority, offshore & onshore and infrastructure sectors.

Due to year-on-year success, our client is looking to further expand their team of talented asbestos professionals and now require an Asbestos Surveyor with a minimum of 2 years experience in asbestos surveying.

It Is essential that all applicants must possess:

BOHS P402/RSPH3 certifications
Full UK driving license with the flexibility to commute to sites across the East Midlands and further South when required
Excellent working knowledge of HSG: 264
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient in Microsoft Office and TEAMSRole & Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for carrying out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys on a range of domestic and commercial buildings, collect bulk samples, document on your findings through drawings and reports and provide a professional and courteous service to clients at all times.

Alongside this you will accurately record data via TEAMS systems, generating comprehensive reports, maintain excellent working knowledge of HSG: 248 and liaising with clients daily, ensuring an excellent service is provided at all times.
