Our client, an award-winning and highly reputable UKAS accredited Environmental Consultancy, are on the look-out for a BOHS P402, P403, P404 (or RSPH3 equivalent) qualified Asbestos Surveyor Analyst to join their successful organisation.

You will be working amongst a team of passionate asbestos professionals and will carry out asbestos surveys, air monitoring, 4 stage clearances and consulting services to a range of clients across the South West.

The average day of an Asbestos Surveyor Analyst would consist of conducting Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys on a wide range of building types, carrying out 4 stage clearances and air monitoring duties, reporting on your findings through comprehensive reports and daily liaison with clients, colleagues and the line manager, ensuring all work carried out is to a high standard and in line with HSG: 264 and HSG: 248 guidelines.

Role Requirements:

BOHS P402, P403 + P404 qualified (or RSPH3 equivalent)
Minimum of two years experience in asbestos surveying and air monitoring
Full UK driving license with a flexible approach to work and travel
Excellent knowledge of the health and safety legislation in relation to asbestos
Be efficient in undertaking all types of surveying in a range of buildings along with air monitoring, 4 stage clearance checks
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
