Job Description

This role is working within a busy customer team for a longstanding established market leader. You will provide administration support to their sales team and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers. You will have high standards of yourself to match the companies.

This role is based in Adderbury, and due to the location you must be able to drive as their are no bus routes or walkways to the site. The working hours are 8:30 - 5pm Monday to Friday and the role will be office based.

Key duties will include:

Processing orders
Telephone contact with customers regarding orders, deliveries and any queries
Providing administration support to the sales team
Liaising with internal teams to resolve any issues and improve customer experience
Handling any issues that arise promptly and professionally
Following processes and procedures
Essential requirements:

Must be a driver
Motivated and organised
Excellent written and verbal grammar
PC literate on all Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Personable and hardworking administrator
Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
Ability to problem solve and work under pressure.
Salary - £21-23k depending on experience
